What kind of equipment does Strive have to use?
The gym boasts something for everyone, no matter your exercise preference. With free weights, dumbbells, and kettlebells, you can work your muscles through a full range of motion, along with weight machines which are great for targeting individual muscle groups and more of a controlled, assisted motion. We have a power sled and a punching bag for additional quick burst movements. With cardio equipment, a spin studio, and yoga classes, everyone will find something they can enjoy.

Even if you've never been to a gym before, we can guide you to success. It's our job and we love doing it.
I've tried exercising before and it didn't work. Can you really help?
Of course we can. Most people start exercising on their own, go full steam ahead, gas themselves out before seeing progress, and don't stick with it. It takes 28 days to form a habit, and most people won't stick with it for 28 days to form that habit. THERE IS NO MAGIC PILL. Many people also associate running with exercise, and while running can be good for you, if you don't stick with it, it's not helpful. With a little push from our trainer, we can find a program that you will enjoy, whether it is running, free weights, or yoga.
